Nose Pepper forward with an understated juniper. Spicy and citrusy with the lemongrass combining nicely with the other ingredients.
Palate Slightly sweet entry that leads to a slight warm burn of pepper along with a lot of citrus and spice and a somewhat understated juniper. Touches of almond and angelica backing up the juniper, and the cubeb coriander and orris round out the flavour well.
Finish The lemongrass gives a lingering aromatic finish while the black pepper leaves an interesting tingle along with the other spices to make for a sweet and drying finish.
