Delivery and Returns Information

We are currently only shipping orders to the UK.

We aim to dispatch your order within one working day of purchase. Our in-house glass packaging specialists will ensure the bottles are secure for delivery.

The cut off time for next day delivery is 2pm from Monday to Friday. Orders made after 2pm on Friday are dispatched on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday.

If there is damage to the parcel or a leak, please refuse the delivery and give the parcel back to the driver.

All orders are protected by insurance for the value of the order.

Free delivery on orders over £99.

Once an order has been made, you will be emailed confirmation and tracking information. If your require anymore information regarding your order, please contact customer service for an update.

If you would like to return your order, you must do within 14 days and we will be able to offer you an exchange or credit with us if you wish.

You will find your receipt sent to your email so please make sure to print this off with the return. This will be the best way for us to know who exactly sent the package back.

You are responsible for the cost for returning the package to us by post or couriers. It is advisable to sent your items via tracked delivery.

Goods returned back to us must be in its original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
