All of our delivery times are dependent on your location and the shipping option you selected at checkout. We offer both 24 hour and 48 hour tracked UK shipping from Royal Mail with tracking information being updated as soon as your order is dispatched.

If your order total is above £90, delivery of your item(s) will be absolutely free.

If your order is below £90, we offer two options: 24 hour Royal Mail tracked delivery for £5.99 and 48 hour Royal Mail tracked delivery for £4.99.

As long as your product is unopened and undamaged, we can offer a refund if it is returned to us within 14 days of you informing us of the issue. Our team will do their best to assist you in resolving the issue if there is any issue with an item you have received from us.

If there is a specific item you are interested that is shown as ‘sold out’, please feel free to contact us via phone or email and we can let you know if/when we are receiving more stock of this bottle.

Every item is photographed to include everything that you will receive with your order. If a box is shown in the photo, you can expect to receive your bottle in one.

No, there is absolutely no minimum order quantity required and we are happy to fulfil orders of any size you require.
