Green Spot is a non age statement Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey consisting of pot still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years. This whiskey has been aged in both new bourbon and refill bourbon casks as well as sherry casks.<br> <br> Single Pot Still whiskey is seen as the most classic style of Irish whiskey. Made from a mash that combines malted and unmalted barley which is triple distilled in copper pot stills, these whiskeys are praised for their full, complex flavours and uniquely creamy mouthfeel.
