Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask is a blended malt Scotch whisky that has been matured in bourbon barrels. Its components were sourced from two highly-acclaimed Islay distilleries. The character from these two distilleries combine to create a rich blend with tropical fruit and maple syrup flavours. This expression can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks but is especially great in a whisky sour cocktail.
