Primarily matured in first-fill bourbon casks laid down in the spring and summer of 2017 before a secondary maturation in peated casks tying together the Yorkshire coast with the West coast of Scotland making this release very different from all Filey Bay's previous releases. <br> <br> How smoky is this release? The Peated Finish is all about balance; soft and sweet with a gentle twist of smoke making this Filey Bay release perfect for any whisky fan whatever their preference.
