Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve 3

The latest edition in the annual Sherry Cask Reserve series, the Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve #3 was formed by combining five Fino casks from the distillery’s warehouse. Three were filled with Pot distillate to impart spicy, ginger notes, and two which held lighter column distillate to add a fruitier character with honey flavours coming through. Only 2000 bottles of this expression were released.
