Lot 40 Dark Oak

Awarded the World’s Best Rye at the 2021 World Whiskies Awards, Lot No. 40 Dark Oak retains the essence of Lot No.40 but is a bolder expression. It is made from 100% rye grains, distilled first in a column and then a pot still and aged in new American Oak barrels. The whisky is finished in heavily charred new oak barrels to impart additional complexities of flavour.
