Nikka Yoichi Non-Peated

This limited edition of Yoichi single malt was released in 2021 as the first edition of the “Nikka Discovery” series. This series places focus on the various experiments in the whisky-making process that Nikka has practice through their history as they approach their 90th Anniversary. This expression is formed exclusively by unpeated malts, which offers an exciting contrast to the traditional “peaty” character of Yoichi. It offers a delicate balance of vibrant fruitiness and a rich mouthfeel.
