The Whiskymaker’s Editions is a series of one-off releases showcasing the sense of adventure of whiskymaker Dhavall Gandhi. Each Edition is an exceptional diversion from The Lakes sherry-led signature style; an expression of creative freedom, the product of a playground where instinct, experience and inspiration roam free.<br> <br> Showcasing the best of the Lake District, Reflections is a collaboration with fellow Lakes resident, 3-Michelin Star Chef/patron Simon Rogan. Elegant and light, but also incredibly vibrant, Reflections is autumnal Lakes in character, with spiced pumpkin and fragrant woodspice evolving into apple compote and warming cinnamon and a long, reflective finish.
